Job summary

Wales & West Housing is seeking a Repairs Coordinator to support our two award-winning companies in delivering repairs, servicing and safety testing across Wales. You’ll work with in-house repairs teams to deliver customer-focused services and ensure compliance tasks are completed efficiently.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service, IT proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while supporting the wider team. DBS check may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in repairs, maintenance and compliance within social housing.
• Ability to collect, record and monitor data.
• Excellent communication with residents and stakeholders.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with ICT software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent repairs, testing and servicing services to customers.
• Lead on delivery of electrical and gas safety tasks.
• Support servicing and testing of critical components and systems.
• Assist with Asset Management Strategy to understand portfolio performance.
• Handle resident queries and provide effective customer service.
