Job summary

Wales & West Housing Association in Wales is seeking a Repairs Coordinator to support our two award-winning companies in delivering repairs, servicing and safety testing across Wales. You will manage calls, respond to resident queries, schedule and track compliance tasks, and help deliver an Asset Management Strategy.

The role demands strong customer focus, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy team while also acting independently to organise your workload.

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent repairs, testing and servicing services to customers.
• Be part of in-house repairs teams delivering customer-focused services.
• Deliver reactive electrical and heating repairs service effectively.
• Lead on delivery of electrical and gas safety tasks.
• Support servicing and testing of critical components and systems.
• Assist with Asset Management Strategy to understand portfolio and investment.
• Take personal responsibility for resident queries.
