Job summary

Centrick, based in Birmingham, is seeking a talented senior Property Manager to lead a team of Property Specialists. You will drive performance, forge strong client relationships and oversee service charge budgets and reserve funds to ensure lease compliance.

You will manage reactive and planned maintenance, including Section 20 consultations, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislation and industry best practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing property management teams.
• Strong knowledge of residential property management, including service charge budgets, reserve funds and lease compliance.
• Sound understanding of property legislation, TPI/RICS best practice, Section 20 consultations and major works.
• Excellent client, stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to build long‑term partnerships.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities, with experience managing complex issues and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Property Specialists, driving performance, accountability and professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear communication and insightful performance reporting.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards, managing complex issues and escalations effectively.
• Oversee service charge budgets and reserve funds, ensuring accuracy and lease compliance.
• Lead the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance, including complex Section 20 consultations and major works.
• Maintain expert knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and industry best practice, ensuring team compliance.
