Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing property management teams.
• Strong knowledge of residential property management, including service charge budgets, reserve funds and lease compliance.
• Sound understanding of property legislation, TPI/RICS best practice, Section 20 consultations and major works.
• Excellent client, stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Property Specialists, driving performance and growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with clear communication and insightful performance reporting.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards and manage complex issues and escalations.
• Oversee service charge budgets and reserve funds, ensuring lease compliance.
• Lead reactive and planned maintenance, including Section 20 consultations and major works.
• Maintain expert knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice to ensure team compliance.
