Greystar is seeking a property management professional in Manchester to drive leasing performance and oversee day-to-day operations of a residential community. You will manage viewings, tenancy documents, and rent collection while ensuring compliance with UK tenancy laws and company policies.

You will liaise with maintenance teams, support on-site staff, and strive to deliver an exceptional resident experience with timely responses to enquiries and issues.

Competenze

• Experience driving leasing/sales performance and managing operations with P&L.
• Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant legislation.
• Fluent English communication in speech and writing.

Mansioni

• Model and uphold company values in daily operations.
• Oversee viewings, lease processes, and tenancy documentation.
• Generate leasing reports and monitor unit availability data.
• Proactively engage residents to improve service delivery and retention.
• Coordinate tenancy management, rent arrears, and lease expiries.
