Job summary

Unite Group is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee resident services, housekeeping and daily operations across a Unite Students or Hello Student property.

You'll lead frontline teams, ensure safety and high standards, manage enquiries and renewals, and collaborate with the Cluster Operations Manager to drive occupancy and service excellence for students living in purpose-built accommodation.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, property or operational roles.
• Proven ability to supervise or support frontline teams.
• Strong prioritisation and problem-solving under pressure.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in student accommodation or residential property is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and service delivery.
• Lead frontline teams including resident services and housekeeping.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and welcoming environments for residents.
• Support sales, occupancy and renewals via responsive service.
• Coordinate with management to improve efficiency and audits.
