Student Roost in Liverpool seeks a Customer Service Advisor to deliver an exceptional resident experience at Capital Gate. You will handle enquiries, resolve issues, take payments, and support daily operations during an average of 14 hours per week between 8am and 8pm.

With a Basic DBS check required as part of pre-employment checks, you will join a team focused on safety, community engagement, and outstanding customer service across the resident journey.
