Job summary

Student Roost in Leicester is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our student accommodation. You will be central to delivering excellent resident experiences, handling enquiries, and supporting daily operations.

Working approximately 19 hours per week under an annualised hours model, with a salary of £13,782.60 per year (£13.95 per hour) and overtime paid at 1.25x your hourly rate. DBS check will be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent resident experience and support across inquiries and issues.
• Handle enquiries, resolve problems, and maintain accurate records.
• Engage with residents through events and community activities.
• Assist with debt management and payments, following processes.
• Support daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Uphold an inclusive, supportive culture and contribute to a positive team environment.
