Job summary

Student Roost is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our Nottingham city centre accommodation. You will be at the heart of resident support, handling enquiries, processing payments and maintaining accurate records to ensure a smooth experience for students.

The role is on-site with a strong emphasis on service excellence and community engagement. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, quick to learn new systems, and capable of working flexibly within an annualised hours model.

• Assist with DBS checks and other onboarding procedures as required.

Customer Service Advisor – Student Accommodation

Customer Service Advisor

Location : Trinity Square, Nottingham City Centre

Salary :£27,202.50 per annum pro rata (£13.95 per hour)with overtime paid at 1.25 x hourly rate

Hours : Average of 37.5 hours per week (contracted to 1950 hours annually pro rata) between 8am to 8pm. This is a fixed term contract for 2 months.

This role follows an annualised hours model, meaning your hours will be distributed flexibly throughout the year to meet business and seasonal demands (peak season is July – September where increased hours will be required).
