Student Roost is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for our Liverpool accommodation at Capital Gate. This part-time role offers about 14 hours per week, contracted to 728 hours a year, with an annual salary of £10,155.60 and overtime paid at 1.25x. Shifts run between 8am and 8pm, reflecting a flexible, resident-focused service.

You’ll greet residents, handle enquiries, support events, and manage payments and admin with a friendly, can-do approach. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering exceptional resident/customer service.
• Ability to handle enquiries and resolve issues with tact.
• Comfortable with payments and record keeping.
• Able to work collaboratively in a small team.
