Student Roost is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for our Liverpool accommodation at Capital Gate. This part-time role offers about 14 hours per week, contracted to 728 hours a year, with an annual salary of £10,155.60 and overtime paid at 1.25x. Shifts run between 8am and 8pm, reflecting a flexible, resident-focused service.

You’ll greet residents, handle enquiries, support events, and manage payments and admin with a friendly, can-do approach. DBS checks apply.

Skills & Qualities

• A People Person – friendly, approachable, and great at building relationships.
• Confident providing exceptional resident experience, handling enquiries, and resolving issues.
• A teamplayer who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Tech savvy – ability to learn new systems quickly and have good knowledge of MS Office.
• Organisedand detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with sales, taking payments, following processes, and keeping accurate records.
• Resilient, with the able to stay calm under pressure, particularly during busy periods
• No prior property experience? No problem! We’re looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a passion for great customer service.
