Student Roost is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our Nottingham city centre accommodation. You will be at the heart of resident support, handling enquiries, processing payments and maintaining accurate records to ensure a smooth experience for students.

The role is on-site with a strong emphasis on service excellence and community engagement. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, quick to learn new systems, and capable of working flexibly within an annualised hours model.

• Able to learn new systems quickly and use MS Office effectively.

Responsabilités

• Handle enquiries from residents and provide outstanding service.
• Take payments and follow standardized processes, ensuring accurate records.
• Support day-to-day operations and contribute to a positive, home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with DBS checks and other onboarding procedures as required.
