Peaks & Plains Housing Trust in Macclesfield is seeking a full-time Customer Services Advisor to join our Customer Experience team. You will handle resident enquiries across calls, emails and live chats, including repairs, rents and anti-social behaviour, delivering a first-class service.

After initial training at the office (about 3 months), there is an option for some days working from home in a hybrid arrangement, with a supportive team and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling resident enquiries across multiple channels.
• Ability to stay calm and professional when dealing with repairs, rents and ASB queries.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle enquiries including repairs, rents, anti-social behaviour and investment works.
• Provide first-class customer service across calls, emails and live chats.
• Work within a busy, multi-channel contact centre as part of the Customer Experience team.
