Job summary

The University of Leeds Residential Services is seeking an approachable, customer-focused individual to join our team. You will provide a high quality front line reception service to residents and visitors, and be able to undertake minor repair tasks and site audits.

You will supervise external contractors, drive a Residential Services vehicle (full UK driving licence) and work a 4 nights on, 4 nights off shift pattern. You may be based at Charles Morris Hall but work at other sites as required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in front-line customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality front line reception service for residents and visitors.
• Undertake minor repair and maintenance tasks and site audits.
• Supervise the performance of external contractors
• Drive a Residential Services vehicle (full manual driving licence required)
• Based at Charles Morris Hall with flexibility to work at other sites as required
• Work the standard shift pattern: 4 nights on, 4 nights off
