• Lead and manage the University's Residence Life & Accommodation Office to deliver high-quality accommodation services and customer experience.
• Provide strategic oversight of residential partnerships and supplier relationships, ensuring governance and consistent service standards across the portfolio.
• Oversee administration of student accommodation including marketing, applications and allocations, rent collection, resident communications, student conduct and welfare planning.
