Job summary

Brunel University London is seeking a dedicated professional to support day-to-day operations in student halls and provide a welcoming residential community. You will handle enquiries, resolve issues, assist welfare concerns, and help run events that foster student wellbeing and engagement.

The role works with ResLife Ambassadors and Estates teams, covering shifts including evenings and weekends to support a 24/7 residential operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Proactive and flexible attitude, able to work under pressure.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and administrative systems.
• Genuine commitment to enhancing student wellbeing and community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day operations in halls and support a student-focused experience.
• Respond to enquiries and resolve service issues.
• Assist with welfare concerns and community engagement activities.
• Help run welcome events and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with ResLife Ambassadors, Estates teams and other departments to ensure a safe, welcoming residential community.
