Job summary

Brunel University London is seeking a Residential Operational Services Manager for Student Living at the Uxbridge campus. You will lead and develop a high‑quality services team, plan resources, supervise audits, and ensure compliance with legislation, Codes of Practice and Health & Safety requirements for a large university residential estate.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication to deliver effective, student‑facing service delivery and drive

Qualifications

• Experience managing student-facing service delivery.
• Excellent knowledge of compliance frameworks and health & safety requirements.
• Proven ability to lead a large, diverse team and to drive service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Housekeeping Supervisors, Assistants and Operatives.
• Manage audits, inspections and seasonal planning.
• Develop and monitor high-quality, 24/7 customer-focused residential services.
• Drive policy improvements and new initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Engage and motivate staff and build strong cross‑university relationships.
