University of Leeds is recruiting a Student Living & Partnerships Manager to lead the Residence Life & Accommodation Office, delivering high quality accommodation services and an exceptional customer experience across campus and the residential portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Residential Services, the post holder will oversee residential partnerships, supplier relationships and governance, with DBS clearance required and flexibility for weekend work and open days as part of service

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the University’s Residence Life & Accommodation Office.
• Provide strategic oversight of residential partnerships and supplier relationships, supporting consistency of approach, service standards and governance across the residential portfolio.
• Deliver high quality accommodation services and exceptional customer experience.
