Job summary

JOBS247 INC LTD is seeking a Head of Accommodation to lead and develop the Accommodation Services team in York. You will report to the Assistant Director (Accommodation) and oversee the end-to-end student journey, from Open Days to application and allocation, for a portfolio of over 7,000 beds.

You will build and manage partnerships with third-party owners/operators, drive accommodation strategy, and contribute to the year-round planning of services and initiatives for students.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in student or residential accommodation.
• Demonstrable knowledge of accommodation provision.
• Experience managing partnerships and contracts with third-party owners and operators.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Assistant Director (Accommodation), you will manage the Accommodation Services team.
• The Accommodation Team is responsible for the student journey from first attending Open Days through to the application and allocation process for a portfolio of over 7,000 beds.
