Job summary

The University of Leeds is seeking a Student Living & Partnerships Manager to lead the Residence Life & Accommodation Office and deliver exceptional student housing services. • Oversee administration of student accommodation including marketing, applications and allocations, rent collection, resident communications, student conduct and welfare planning.

Job description

This role requires regular working across the residential portfolio and University campus. There will be a requirement to work weekends, University open days, intake periods and University closure days. Flexibility will be required in line with the needs of the service.

Do you have significant management and leadership experience gained in a student accommodation and student support related role? We are recruiting a Student Living & Partnerships Manager to lead and manage the University's Residence Life & Accommodation Office.
Reporting to the Head of Residential Services and working closely with senior colleagues across the Facilities Directorate and wider University, the post holder will play a key role in delivering high quality accommodation services and exceptional customer experience.
The post holder will provide strategic oversight of residential partnerships and supplier relationships, supporting consistency of approach, service standards and governance across the residential portfolio.
The University's Residential Service operates, manages and leases circa 8500 student beds and generates an annual income of £65 million.
The Residence Life & Accommodation Office are responsible for the management and administration of student accommodation including marketing; applications and allocations, rent collection, communications with residents, student conduct, welfare and social events planning in Residences.
The role will require an Enhanced DBS Check.
