Job summary

The Grand, York is seeking a Reservations Team Member to deliver impeccable guest experiences by turning inquiries into bookings with style, speed, and precision—ensuring every guest’s journey starts with a wow. This full-time role is 40 hours per week, with shifts across the luxury property's hours (Mon-Fri 7.30am-8.30pm, Sat 7.30am-7.30pm, Sun 8.30am-7.30pm) and a monthly rota for weekends.

Please note; this is a full-time role, working 40 hours a week. Our current operating hours are: Monday - Friday 7.30am - 8.30pm, Saturday 7.30am - 7.30pm and Sunday 8.30am - 7.30pm Shifts are scheduled within these hours, such as 7.30am - 4pm, 10.30am - 7pm, 12.00pm - 20.30pm, etc. All shifts and weekends are shared on a monthly rota basis.
