The Grand - York is seeking a Reservations Team Member to turn enquiries into bookings with style, speed and precision.

This full-time role covers 40 hours per week across the listed hours; you’ll handle reservations, advise on rooms and packages, coordinate with front desk and sales, and deliver five-star service to guests.

We’re hunting for a sharp, personable Reservations Team Member to be the friendly voice behind unforgettable guest experiences at The Grand, York Your role? Turning enquiries into bookings with style, speed, and precision—making every guest’s journey start with a wow.

Please note; this is a full-time role, working 40 hours a week. Our current operating hours are: Monday - Friday 7.30am - 8.30pm, Saturday 7.30am - 7.30pm and Sunday 8.30am - 7.30pm Shifts are scheduled within these hours, such as 7.30am - 4pm, 10.30am - 7pm, 12.00pm - 20.30pm, etc. All shifts and weekends are shared on a monthly rota basis.
