Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management seeks a Reservations Manager for Courtyard by Marriott Sheffield, a brand-new 150-bedroom hotel. Lead reservations, groups and events while supporting revenue strategy and guest experiences.

You will manage enquiries, quotes and contracts, coordinate meetings, and work with Front Office, F&B and Operations to maximise occupancy and profitability. Strong hospitality background essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, revenue management, groups, meetings and events.
• Strong commercial mindset with understanding of ADR, RevPAR and occupancy.
• Experience handling group bookings, event proposals and client relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and teams.
• Organised, with ability to prioritise across reservations, meetings and events.
• Analytical skills to interpret booking data and drive revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reservations, groups, meetings and events; manage enquiries and bookings.
• Support revenue management by monitoring trends, occupancy and pricing.
• Manage daily reservation operations across systems and communications.
• Own group enquiries, prepare quotes, negotiate rates and coordinate bookings.
• Coordinate meeting room and event enquiries from enquiry to confirmation.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through packages and services.
• Collaborate with Front Office, F&B and Operations to deliver guest experiences.
• Assist Front Office during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients and event organisers.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to management.
