Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management Ltd is seeking a Reservations Manager for Courtyard by Marriott Sheffield. You will oversee reservations, groups, meetings and events, ensuring enquiries and bookings are handled efficiently while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, monitor booking trends, and collaborate with Front Office and Sales teams to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. A proactive, hands-on approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reservations, revenue management, groups, meetings and events.
• Strong commercial mindset with ADR, RevPAR knowledge.
• Experience handling group bookings and event proposals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using PMS and booking platforms, preferably Opera.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reservations, groups, meetings and events functions and ensure bookings are managed efficiently.
• Support revenue management by monitoring booking trends and market demand.
• Manage daily reservation operations including allocations, cancellations and guest communications.
• Prepare proposals for group bookings, negotiate rates and coordinate with hotel departments.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to support promotional activities and corporate accounts.
