You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be committed to providing high‑quality X‑ray reports. Radiographic Reporting sessions will be scheduled throughout the working week and will include 7‑day GP hot reporting sessions across our 2 acute sites and the new Community Diagnostic Centre. This is an exciting time to join the reporting radiographer team at MTW. We have established a Consultant Radiographer practice in interventional and nuclear medicine imaging. At MTW, the reporting radiographers are integrated into the sub‑speciality teams, providing an opportunity for complex case discussion with Consultant Radiologists and Consultant practitioners. This also provides the support required for both knowledge and career development as part of a team approach. Successful applicants can look forward to a career in expert clinical practice with opportunities in education, leadership, audit and research.

Please note this role is currently only being advertised to staff members who are currently working within the Kent and Medway ICs.

The post holder will provide clinical expertise in Radiology by reporting radiographic images undertaken in the Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. Providing a cost‑effective and safe reporting service to patients of the Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust, reporting radiographers will deliver a high‑quality, effective and efficient X‑ray reporting service to the highest professional standards. To be part of a 7‑day 'hot' reporting rota for both A&E images and GP x‑ray requests.
