Job summary

Bestway Group is seeking a Team Leader - Replenishment to manage the warehouse floor and Goods In operations. You will support the Operations Manager to meet depot KPIs and drive customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes coaching, planning, and effective leadership on a busy depot.

You will lead promotions, stock rotation, and daily tasks, ensuring accurate labeling, shelving, and POS updates while collaborating with other leaders to exceed targets.

• Experience in a warehouse/wholesale environment.
• Highly organised with strong planning and prioritisation.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction delivery.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute promotional activities promptly.
• Lead the team to ensure correct stock rotation.
• Identify issues and follow a first-loss approach.
• Maintain markdown/season bays and update Point of Sale.
• Keep shelf labels and posters accurate at all times.
• Drive depot productivity with visible leadership and coaching.
• Allocate team shifts/rotas based on business needs.
• Follow up tasks to ensure high-quality, timely completion.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to exceed KPI targets.
• Build a high-performing team through coaching and training.
• Promote customer satisfaction across the team.
• Deputise for the Operations Manager when needed.
