Job summary

Bestway Group is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the depot team and ensure targets and deadlines are met in a busy warehouse environment. The role involves standing, moving and lifting stock while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, safe workplace.

The ideal candidate will have warehouse/wholesale experience, strong planning and time management skills, and a solid understanding of health, safety and retail compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience gained within a warehouse / wholesale environment.
• Sound knowledge of health, safety and retail compliance legislation.
• A manual handling equipment licence.
• Exceptional planning skills and the ability to manage and prioritise various tasks.
• Strong time management skills.
• Experience of delivering both excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction results.
• Team building skills alongside the ability to give clear direction and delegate confidently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment throughout the depot.
• Ensuring the depot is kept secure at all times.
• Contributing to the achievement of Customer Satisfaction targets and scores in the Depot.
• Driving the standards for great customer satisfaction ensuring a consistently positive shopping experience.
• Acting as an Ambassador for Bestway Wholesale.
• Ensuring all company policies and procedures are effectively implemented and embedded.
• Ensuring health and Safety Policy and Legislation are adhered to.
