Job summary

Bestway Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the depot team, ensuring targets and deadlines are met while delivering excellent customer service. This is a busy, physical role requiring you to be on your feet, move stock, and uphold safety standards across the depot.

The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, a manual handling licence, and strong planning, communication and leadership skills to organise tasks and support the team effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse/wholesale environment.
• Sound knowledge of health, safety and retail compliance legislation.
• Manual handling equipment licence is desirable.
• Excellent planning and prioritisation abilities.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Proven customer service and satisfaction delivery.
• Able to lead a team and delegate clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a clean and safe working environment throughout the depot.
• Ensure the depot is kept secure at all times.
• Contribute to meeting Customer Satisfaction targets and scores.
• Drive standards for great customer satisfaction and a positive shopping experience.
• Act as an Ambassador for Bestway Wholesale.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented and embedded.
• Adhere to Health and Safety Policy and legislation.
