B&M Retail Limited is hiring a Replenishment Supervisor to join our team at Merchants Quay, Newry. This is a permanent, part-time role offering 20 hours per week, with shifts between 7:30am and 10pm on weekdays and weekends.

You will support the Replenishment Manager to maintain stock levels, deliver store standards, and provide colleagues with the skills they need. We value proactive, customer-focused team players who are flexible and committed to safe, efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a small team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Replenishment Supervisor to join our team at Merchants Quay, Newry!

This is a permanent, part time role, offering 20 hours per weekand will require the flexibility to work shifts between the hours of 7.30am and 10pm during the week and at weekends.

As a Replenishment Supervisor you will support the Replenishment Manager to ensure the warehouse, store fill levels and stock control are maintained to ensure the best store standards are delivered for our customers.

You will also:

• Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills and knowledge.
• Support the management team to ensure the warehouse is kept clean,& organised
• Ensure that all staff are complaint with our Health & Safety policies
• Operate & deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
• Be passionate about delivering great customer service!
