Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Gloucester is seeking a Replenishment Supervisor for a permanent part-time role (20 hours per week). You will support the Replenishment Manager to maintain store fill levels, stock control and warehouse organisation, ensuring high standards for customers.

You will lead a small team, develop skills, maintain health and safety compliance, and implement processes to meet legal requirements while delivering excellent customer service.

Job description

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Replenishment Supervisor to join our team! This is a permanent, part time role, working 20 hours per week and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

As a Replenishment Supervisor you will support the Replenishment Manager to ensure the warehouse, store fill levels and stock control are maintained to ensure the best store standards are delivered for our customers.

You will also:

• Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills and knowledge.
• Support the management team to ensure the warehouse is kept clean,& organised
• Ensure that all staff are complaint with our Health & Safety policies
• Operate & deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
