Job summary

B&M in Coatbridge is seeking a Replenishment Manager to lead stock flow and replenishment across the store. This hands-on leadership role takes ownership from deliveries to the shop floor, ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time.

You'll manage a small team, keep shelves well-stocked and tidy, and respond quickly to changing stock levels. The role requires flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends.
