Job summary

B&M in Billingham is seeking a Replenishment Manager to lead stock flow across the store and keep shelves full for customers.

You’ll own stock replenishment, guide a busy team, maintain a tidy, well-stocked shop floor, and respond quickly to changing stock levels to hit availability and productivity targets. This is a hands-on leadership role with early mornings, days, evenings and weekends required.

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.
• Hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

It’s a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
