Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Replenishment Manager to lead stock flow across stores, ensuring shelves are full and accessible for customers. You will own replenishment from deliveries to the shop floor, with a hands-on, proactive leadership style to drive availability and productivity.

The role requires flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends to meet store needs. You’ll manage a team, coordinate deliveries, and maintain a well-stocked, tidy shopping environment while

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

It’s a permanent, full‑time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
