Job summary

B&M is hiring a Replenishment Manager for our Fort William store. This hands-on leadership role focuses on stock flow, deliveries to the shop floor, and keeping shelves full and well-presented for customers.

The role is permanent and full-time with early mornings, days, evenings, and weekend shifts to ensure great availability for shoppers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.
• Hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.
