Job summary

B&M Retail in Newbury is looking for a Replenishment Manager to lead stock flow across the store and keep shelves full for customers. This hands-on leadership role is permanent and full-time, with flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends to match store needs.

You’ll own replenishment, supervise your team to work efficiently and safely, plan deliveries to the shop floor and react quickly to changing stock levels, driving availability and productivity while upholding

• Understanding stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

It’s a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
