Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Billingham is looking for a Replenishment Manager to lead stock flow, own replenishment across the store from deliveries to the shop floor, and keep shelves full and ready for customers.

This permanent, full-time role requires hands-on leadership, flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends, and a proactive approach to planning stock levels, directing a team, and hitting availability targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Strong stock control, deliveries, and replenishment process knowledge.
• A hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.
• Ability to work at pace and keep your team motivated.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.
