Job summary

B&M Retail in Middleton is hiring a Replenishment Manager to own stock flow from deliveries to the shop floor. This is a hands-on leadership role that keeps shelves full, the store well-organised, and ready for customers across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends.

You will lead a small team, plan for changing stock levels, and drive availability and productivity while maintaining safety and pace. The position is permanent and full-time with the flexibility required by retail.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.
• A hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.
• Ability to work at pace and keep your team focused and motivated.
• Confidence to prioritise, problem-solve, and make decisions quickly.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you'll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.
