Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Replenishment Manager to lead stock flow and keep shelves full and ready for customers.

This permanent, full-time role requires hands-on leadership across deliveries to the shop floor, with early mornings, days, evenings, and weekend shifts to ensure great availability.

You will coach the team, monitor stock levels, prioritise tasks, and collaborate with colleagues to optimise speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.
• A hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.
• Ability to work at pace and keep your team focused and motivated.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you'll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.
