Job summary

B&M is seeking a Replenishment Manager for our Roker store to own stock flow from deliveries to the shop floor, ensuring shelves are full and products are neatly arranged for customers.

This hands-on leadership role requires you to lead and develop a team, plan across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends, and relentlessly drive availability and productivity to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.
• Hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.
• Ability to work at pace and keep your team focused and motivated.
• Confidence to prioritise, problem-solve, and make decisions quickly.
