Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Replenishment Manager for our Linden Park store to lead stock flow, manage deliveries, and ensure shelves are always full and inviting for customers. This hands-on leadership role demands flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends to keep store shelves stocked and operations smooth.

You will own replenishment across the store, guide and motivate your team, and respond quickly to changing stock levels to meet availability targets and store

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.
• Hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.
• Ability to work at pace and keep your team focused.
• Confidence to prioritise, problem-solve, and make quick decisions.
