Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Replenishment Manager for our Hindpool Road store in Barrow-in-Furness. This permanent, full-time role focuses on stock flow from deliveries to shop floor, ensuring shelves are full and well-organised for customers.

You will lead a team, manage replenishment, and drive availability with a hands-on, fast-paced approach. Flexibility across evenings and weekends is required to keep shelves stocked and operations smooth.

Qualifications

Join B&M as a Replenishment Manager in our Hindpool Road, Barrow-in-Furness store and play a key role in keeping our store stocked, organised, and ready for our customers!

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

It’s a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required across evenings and weekends and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
