Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Replenishment Manager for a New Rayleigh store to oversee stock flow and replenishment from deliveries to the shop floor. This hands-on leadership role focuses on keeping shelves full, organised, and ready for customers, with early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends required due to strong availability needs.

You will lead a team, manage stock levels, and drive availability and productivity targets while maintaining a clean, easy-to-shop environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.
• Hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.
• Ability to work at pace and keep the team focused and motivated.
