Job summary

B&M Retail in Dartford is seeking a Replenishment Manager to own stock flow and ensure shelves are full for customers. This hands-on leadership role supervises a team across deliveries to shop floor, coordinating fast-paced replenishment with accuracy and speed.

You’ll lead and develop your team, plan for changing stock levels, and drive availability targets while maintaining high standards of store presentation and customer service.

It’s a permanent, full‑time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
