Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Replenishment Manager for our Stourport store to oversee stock flow from deliveries to the shop floor and ensure shelves are stocked and ready for customers. You will own replenishment and drive availability to support a great customer experience.

This hands-on leadership role requires experience in retail, warehouse, or logistics, with the ability to prioritise, plan, and adapt in a fast-paced environment across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends.
