Job summary

B&M Retail in Armley, Leeds, is seeking a Replenishment Manager to lead stock flow and ensure shelves are always full. This hands-on leadership role oversees deliveries to the shop floor, taking ownership of stock across the store, with early mornings, days, evenings and weekends required.

You will manage a team, optimise replenishment processes, keep the shop floor tidy and easy to shop, and respond quickly to changing stock levels to maximise availability and productivity.

Join B&M as a Replenishment Manager in our Armley store and play a key role in keeping our store stocked, organised, and ready for our customers! This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. It’s a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
