B&M Retail is seeking a Replenishment Manager for our Hindpool Road, Barrow-in-Furness store. This permanent, full-time role focuses on stock flow from deliveries to the shop floor, with leadership responsibility for your team and ensuring shelves are always stocked and easy to shop.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong stock control understanding, and the ability to prioritise quickly to keep shelves full and customers satisfied.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time. It’s a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required across evenings and weekends and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
