Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Preston is seeking a Replenishment Manager for our Fulwood store. This permanent, full-time leadership role oversees stock flow, deliveries to the shop floor, and ensures shelves are well stocked for customers.

You’ll lead a small team, coordinate replenishment, and adapt quickly to changing stock levels across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.
