Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Replenishment Manager for our Roker store. You will lead stock flow from deliveries to the shop floor, ensuring shelves are full and products are readily available for customers.

This hands-on leadership role requires flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends. Join a fast-paced retail environment where you will train and motivate your team, maintain stock levels, and drive productivity to meet availability targets.
