Job summary

B&M are seeking a dedicated Replenishment Manager for our Somercotes store in Alfreton to lead stock flow, deliveries and replenishment across the shop floor. You’ll own stock availability, drive efficiency, and manage a small team to ensure shelves are full and well-presented.

This permanent, full-time role requires flexible availability across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends. You’ll work hands-on to keep customers happy and support store targets with a proactive, can-do

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.
