B&M Retail Limited in Leeds (Armley) is hiring a Replenishment Manager to own stock flow, lead a small team, and keep shelves full and well-organised for customers. You’ll drive availability, coordinate deliveries, and ensure the shop floor is ready at all times.

This permanent, full-time role requires hands-on leadership and flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends to support fast-moving retail.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.
• A hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.
• Ability to work at pace and keep your team focused and motivated.
• Confidence to prioritise, problem-solve, and make decisions quickly.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you'll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.
